Return policies vary slightly depending on the destination due to consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all original packaging.

• Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or damage cannot be accepted for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Garment Care During Try-On

Please try garments on carefully when first received.

Returned clothing must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other signs of wear. Items returned with stains, odors, damage, or signs of washing may not be eligible for a refund.

Fit & Sizing

Each garment is handmade and may have small variations in measurements. Please review the sizing information provided before purchasing.

Fit or sizing differences are not considered defects unless the item significantly differs from the listed measurements.

🇪🇺 European Union Customers

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Upon valid withdrawal:

• The product price will be refunded.

• The original standard shipping cost will be refunded.

• Express or upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable.

🌍 United States & Rest of World

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

❌ Faulty Items or Order Mistakes

If you receive an item with a clear defect (for example a broken clasp, missing component, or loose element), or if you received the wrong product:

• Please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

• After review, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund — including return shipping costs.

✨ Please note: All of our clothing and jewelry is handmade. Slight variations in shape, texture, or finish — including small differences between two parts of a pair — are natural and reflect the artisanal nature of the work. These variations are not considered defects.

📦 Shipping Risk & Delivery

For customers within the European Union, responsibility for the goods remains with us until the order has been delivered.

For orders outside the EU, responsibility transfers once the package is confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier investigation. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
